$800 Entry Gaming, Streaming, and Production

This PC is pretty much the lowest specs I would recommend for a solid gaming experience while also allowing to run a 1080p 60FPS stream if you are so inclined. For production users with the NVIDIA Studio Driver, the included graphics card will accelerate the performance of programs like Auto CAD, PhotoShop, AfterEffects. Premiere Pro… You can get the Studio Driver HERE.

Starting with the CPU I went with the 3600 for 6-core 12-thread performance that will breeze through most workloads. The motherboard is a B450 Board for ASRock. This board does have a generation older chipset but is still compatible with the 3600 providing us full ATX form factor and features for mATX price. For the memory, we went with 16GB of DDR4-3200 to keep the PC cruising right along. Storage on this PC is broken into 2 drives. The first is a 256GB NVME drive with 512MB of cache (DRAM). This is the drive to install your system on. The second is a 2TB Seagate Barracuda. I love the price and performance of this drive and it will be making a constant appearance on the lists today. The video card is a budget GTX 1660 offering from PNY. The GTX 1660 has a Turing NVENC encoder that can take the stream encoding load off the GPU and the CPU for you aspiring streamers. For the Case, we have a very nice case from Cougar. A nice case with cable management, PSU shroud, and a tempered glass side panel. You could also pick up 3 120mm fans for the front of the case intake and 2 120mm fans for the top of the case exhaust. The Powersupply is a 500W 80+ Bronze Semi-Modular offering from EVGA which will have enough power for now and enough power for future upgrades.
