This PC is pretty much the lowest specs I would recommend for a substantial gaming experience while also allowing to run a 1080p 60FPS stream if you are so inclined. For production users with the NVIDIA Studio Driver, the included graphics card will accelerate the performance of programs like Auto CAD, PhotoShop, AfterEffects. Premiere Pro… You can get the Studio Driver HERE.

Write Up:

CPU:

The R5 2600 offers 6-core 12-thread Performance that will breeze through most workloads with ease.

Motherboard:

This offering from ASRock is a B450 ATX form-factor board supporting all the parts on this build well.

Memory:

This 16GB DDR4-3200 kit from G.Skill is a good pairing for Ryzen CPUs to ensure the CPU is speeding right through all the Chrome Tabs you can throw at it (within reason lol)

Storage (SSD):

This 250GB SSD drive from Crucial has 256MB of cache (DRAM). This is the drive to install your system to ensure the pc is speeding along for years to come.

Storage (HDD):

The Seagate Barracuda 2TB is a mainstay on my lists. This is the drive to put everything you don’t want clogging up your NVME. Games, songs, stream sources…. Any files that aren’t as demanding. HDDs get a lot of flak—a lot of builders switching to a single 1TB NVME. But the price to performance and storage of the Barracuda HDD is unbeatable. HDDs are great at one program at a time. If all you’re doing is loading a game, just playing a song, only loading a stream source… HDDs are fantastic for single tasks.

Video Card:

This GTX 1660 from EVGA is a reliable mid-tier video card that will breeze through most games at medium to high settings. The GTX 1660 also has a Turing NVENC encoder that can take the stream encoding load off the GPU and the CPU for you aspiring streamers.

Case:

This case from Corsair offers excellent cable management and airflow.

Power Supply:

EVGA has a dependable 600W 80+ Bronze power supply here. It has enough power for today and upgrades tomorrow.

Case Fans:

I included this set of 5 fans to provide three front intakes and two top exhausts, and one rear exhaust with the fan included with the case.

Optional WIFI Card:

This little card is fantastic. I have one in all of my personal builds. The Bluetooth connectivity is impressive. I have had uninterrupted connectivity throughout my house. So if I am working in the office and then go to the kitchen to grab a snack, my music is still playing through my headphones.

Bible Verse of the day:

1 Corinthians 13:12

12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
